Edith Cory

The sister of Eugene Clark. Edith Passed away this March 2007.

She was and is Penny's favorite Aunt. She was born and rasied as well as married, had children and lived In Danby Vermont on Danby Mountain her whole life.

Edith was one of the few true blue Vermont hick women left in the area. She enjoyed canning, sewing, gardening and being a home maker!

She was, for many years, the keeper of the Clark family history and was married to Lester Corey, when her brother Eugene was a small baby.

Eugene Clark

 This first In Memory If for Penny's father:

Eugene Clark Based away of Lung Cancer Aug 24 2000.

Penny has written two books about him.

Mr. Clark was born in a farm house in Danby Vermont. He was raised there as well. He then moved to West Pawlet Vermont aftering Marrying Norene Lillian Matteson .

They had four daughters living and a son and daughter that passed. Along with two foster sons.

Mr Clark worked on Farms. in marble mines, and driving truck for several years before he started his own business building houses.

He also owned a small engine repaid business.

" A Jack of trades and master of them all as well"

He is thought about daily and greatly missed.
