Fat: All That

Have you notice that there is more and more people making remarks about other people's weight on the net?

If you check with the Food and Drug admin. You will see that 85% of the population is over weight!

Why do people look at others and make remarks about their weight?

I have found that people who do this usually have issues with their own body and are afraid they will become this way.

Studies have shown that woman who remark on others being over weight are more then likely, victims of an eating disorder.

Does it matter what some one's weight is ? I don't feel it does.

 If you look at people and only see their body size. Then you are actually the one at who losses out.

You could be missing out on a wonderful person.

The old rule your mother taught you applies here

" If you can not say something nice do not say anything at all"

After all would you like someone insulting you?

also , as an adult, you have to ask your self : " Does treating someone like that make you an adult or are you acting like a little child?"

Some self soul searching will show you wonders.

Just because someone is " big" doesn't mean they are not happy or healthy either.

May be it bothers you that they are happier and more talented then you?

 Really ask yourself why this person's size bugs you.

You will be amazed on how ,by just applying those thoughts, you can start to change your way of thinking.

And if your just a mean person who thinks you have the right to insult any one you want.. Well you need to see that no one really values your thoughts any ways. So feel free to not share them!

Children should never be forced to act like adults and adults should not act like children.

Follow your bliss: allow others to follow theirs.

Just because it doesn't match your bliss doesnt mean its wrong. It just mean's its differant. Isnt the fact that we are all not a like what really makes the world a more wonderful place.

The Secret

Did you know that you can have everything your heart dreams of? Love, health and wealth can all be yours.

All you must do is practice working with the laws of attraction.

Focus your wants and needs and become alined with them. Live as if you have achieved them and they will come to you.

I stand at the end of the wold. Enjoying the aracady.

The air is clear yet cold in my lungs.

The clepsydra has shown me the passing of my youth.

Each morn', each nigh', now just a symbolism of who I once was.

I wake and seem to go through the same rote life.

Each day the likeness of the one before.

In Lament I offer up myself.

For self and mind is all I have left.

Until a newer dawn.

Bunnies and Chicks! Oh My!

Hi All.

The Easter season is here.

The weather in snow conditioned areas has melted and the air is starting to get warmer.

The spring birds are back! Over the past two weeks the geese have been flying low over my home heading back to the lake to nest.

With all the joys of spring and Easter around the corner we tend to be  happier to give in to our children's need to have cute bunnies and chicks.

Please keep in mind that these cute babies turn into full grown animals. So if you are not ready to raise them do not get them for your children as pets. They may be cute as babies but as full grown pet's your child will lose interrest.

It's easier to say no to your child then to get rid of the animals after they reach maturity.

Pal Talk News !

 For three years I had a room on paltalk.com. Then I went on a year and a half vaction.

recently ,however, I have been getting  e-mails asking me to come back to paltalk!

So I did exactly that The first week of March!

To my surprise, with in 15 minutes my room was packed with 130 people!

All Telling me they were glad I was back.

I am glad I returned as well.

I did my first paltalk private room seminar on the Laws of attraction on March 22, 2007. And after our studies we went through a meditation hypno session with Frank Mulley!

Glad we have reconnected again Frank.
